The architecture of the environmental monitoring service complies with the requirements arising from the application scenarios to be implemented. The architecture is built so that each monitored and managed environment is covered by a network of sensor nodes and wireless actuators (RoomNet). These sensors aggregate humidity, temperature, pressure, electric light and presence detector (PIR) transducers. Data collected by RoomNet are published on a remote database and can be viewed by means of special graphic interfaces. Such interfaces are also accessible by mobile devices.
