Quality Assurance Project Management Indicators
Quality Assurance is an important task within the scope of any IT project. The implementation of such activity is usually defined through a Quality Plan. This deliverable is the BlueBRIDGE Quality Plan. The objective of this deliverable is to provide the consortium with a practical guide for collaboration within the BlueBRIDGE project. The resulting Quality Plan covers many activities by gathering procedures from the varied managerial and technological aspects of the project. The ultimate objective of this Quality Plan is to ensure the production of concrete and high-quality results in line with the project plans.
