BPMN Understandability Guideline
In Learn PAd, we developed a quality assessment strategy that allows to guarantee that the used BP models result being understandable by the civil servants. The quality assessment strategy includes modeling understandability guidelines which are supported by a Java tool called verification component understandability BPMN.
