This document reports on the DILIGENT project's dissemination activities performed during the second year of the project (months 13-24). It provides brief background information on the concepts that guide dissemination in DILIGENT and introduces both the activities performed during this period and the material and instruments produced. Furthermore planned activities and foreseen actions for the last year of the project are introduced
