It is designed to be easily consulted and provides quick answers. The Handbook covers many activities of the project by defining procedures concerning different managerial, technological and administrative aspects of the project (e.g., deliverable preparation, review preparation and post-review follow-up, activity-specific processes, risk management, conflict resolution, tools and metrics to be used as indicators of the project performance, etc)
