This report details the situation prior the contract between the CNR-ISTI and ALFEA SpA and final results of the activity. The research program is designed to detect the critical factors: a) the customer's computer system, its strengths and weaknesses, highlighting potential problems and opportunities b) its management process This report consists of two parts: the first part the management project is evaluated by examining the various stages of the production process, the internal organization of operation and work, the second part is aimed at assessing the degree of appropriateness of the technologies used.
